24th May 2019 – Dr. Cecilia Chan presented at Learning and Teaching @EdUHK Festival 2019

Dr. Cecilia Chan has been actively working to help push for an overhauling shift in both culture and education, highlighting the need for generic competencies to become part of education that is not to be completely overshadowed by academic knowledge. Being an international expert in generic skills, Dr. Chan has been invited by The Education University of Hong Kong to discuss how generic competencies can be assessed (if it should be assessed at all) and how can students record their learning outcomes as part of their learning process through a pedagogical driven system.
